DELIVERY TIMES

We use DHL courier service for all orders leaving our Sydney, Australia warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination. If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, a DHL missed delivery card will be left in your post box notifying you that delivery has been attempted. You will then need to call the local DHL number listed on the card to organise re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL location.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Tutu du Monde is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider.
